Welcome to Sea Level, a ground-level island escape on St. George Island with no stairs to climb. This single-level home pairs comfort, privacy, and local charm: three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a private pool just a few feet from the back door, wrapped in a tall privacy fence. Out front is a big yard, and out back a brand new custom deck over a large concrete patio, plus an outdoor shower.

Inside, an open great room is finished in pecky cypress and coastal decor, flooded with natural light, with a glass door that looks straight out to the pool. The fully equipped kitchen has ample counter space, a dining table for six, and a large counter that seats four more, plus a coffee maker, a Keurig, and a blender. There is never enough room in the fridge, so this home has two, along with a deep floor to ceiling pantry.

The primary bedroom is a king with a private en-suite and a deep jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom is also a king, with room for a crib or pack-n-play. The third bedroom has a queen with a memory foam top plus an optional futon, its own private entrance, and a connecting door to the second room for families with small children. Each bedroom has a 40 inch smart TV with Roku.

Step out back to your private oasis: a fenced pool with plenty of room to sunbathe, play, and lounge poolside. St. George Island is known for pristine white sand beaches, and Sea Level sits just a short stroll from the boardwalk to the beach, close enough to hear the waves. Sunsets over the Gulf, nature reserves, fishing charters, shops, and restaurants are all minutes away.
