The character of Indian Pass
Indian Pass is the Forgotten Coast at its most elemental: a lagoon-side lane of stilt homes between the Gulf and the pass, where the pavement gives out and the night sky actually gets dark. Guests come to fish the bar on an outgoing tide, ferry across to St. Vincent Island, and eat oysters at a raw bar that hasn't changed in decades.
The rental inventory is tiny, which is the point. Homes with docks on the lagoon and low-density Gulf-front book to fishing families and repeat guests who plan around the tides. Owners do well here because supply is scarce and the people who love Indian Pass keep coming back.
